Will stay again, albeit in larger room.
Great breakfast and location close to Old City.
Room was on the small side (booked 18 sqm, so my fault) and sometimes noisy: could hear people in neighbouring room due to poor sound insulation.

What was the highlight of Bonotto Hotel Belvedere
A splendid hotel. But some of the staff could be more helpful.
The room was clean, comfortable and had good facilities. We arrived in a heat wave (mid-30s) but thankfully the air conditioning was excellent. The food in the restaurant was good, but the restaurant is not open every evening. There are restaurants within walking distance: most are about 10 to fifteen minutes from the hotel. The hotel is quite grand, with quirky and interesting decor (including suits of armour and a vintage motorcycle in one reception area!). The staff were generally helpful with one or two exceptions. The hotel is situated just outside the historic centre so access by car is easy and there is a car park under the hotel. The main attractions of the town such as Ponte Vecchio and the Grappa Museum are a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the hotel.
Access to the car park is quite tight and the parking spaces are a little narrow. Some very large modern cars might have a problem. Breakfast service was a bit chaotic. The food was good, but the breakfast room was very crowded and customers were having to squeeze between tables to get to the food and coffee. The breakfast room staff were not very attentive and simply walked past several people who were looking for assistance. One of the reception staff could definitely do with some customer service training (she was quite rude).
